PBC Punishers 10u headed to The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, TN

The PBC Punishers 10u squad is headed to The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, TN this weekend.  The week long tournament starts Monday June 26th with the skills competition and opening ceremonies.  Tuesday June 27th – Thursday June 29th is seeding games with Semi- Finals and Championship game being played on Friday June 30th.  

This is the second year in a row the PBC Punishers will travel out of state to a week long national tournament with the The Ripken Experience.  In 2016, they placed 3rd overall in Myrtle Beach, SC.  PBC Baseball is super excited to see what this years tournament holds for this squad. 

Monday June 26th:

  • Skills Competition Starts at 10:30am➢ Teams will be split into four groups according to the game schedule and rotate through these stations as follows:

    ➢ Station 1:  will begin on Fluor Field (Turn 2)

    ➢ Station 2: will begin on Isotopes Park (Home Run Derby)

    ➢ Station 3: will begin at Glossy Finish Inflatable for Team Photo w/ Tournament Ambassador Eddie Murray

    ➢ Station 4: will begin on Camden Yards (OF Relay)

Tuesday June 27th:

  • Game #1 @ 2:45pm
  • Game #2 @ 7:00pm

Wednesday June 28th:

  • Game #3 @ 10:15am

Thursday June 29th:

  • Game #4 @ 8:00am
  • Quarter Final games start at 12:30pm

Friday June 30th:

  • Semi-Final Games
  • Championship Game

The PBC Punishers just came in 2nd place in the Father’s Day tournament they played in Apopka, Fl, with Austin Dadey hitting his first ever home-run. PBC is wishing them the best of luck in their upcoming tournament.  Keep up the good work and have fun!
